Yes, plenty of parking on the driveway and under the home. There is also street parking. 

We have a key lock box hanging from the front door. 48 hours prior to your booking, we will send check-in information as well as the code to the lock box. The garage door key is hanging to the left of the stove. 

Fully stocked kitchen for cooking and baking! Plenty of utensils and plates and bowls. 

1 min drive to The Big Store
5 min walk to beach access at Pearl Beach. 
5 min drive to restaurants.

Outdoor shower! Perfect to wash off sand. There is an outdoor table to sit and relax upstairs as well as 4 extra chairs. Downstairs there is a double swing and a picnic table next to the bby!

We have two cameras; one facing the staircase and a ring camera. We have them for your safety but put them on private when guests enter. We mainly have them for when the house is vacant.

We have a pack n play; a high chair that attaches to the island. 

We will allow small gatherings at our home but not large events. 

Wifi provided; ROKU setup in the living room; Blu-Ray players in each room. 

My name is Colleen Kraft. My husband, Adam, and I bought an investment/rental property in Crystal Beach, Texas. We love the proximity to the beach and to local shops. It's a great home for family and friends to come and unwind and relax.
